1. Clinical Services

• All treatments, including Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and Acupuncture, are performed by licensed professionals certified by the CCHPBC.

2. Cancellation Policy

• To provide the best service to our Maple Ridge community, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please refer to our Clinic Policy for detailed information on fees.

3. Insurance & Direct Billing

• We offer Direct Billing for ICBC and major private insurers. Clients are responsible for any costs not covered by their insurance provider at the time of treatment.

4. Liability

• Primera Therapy provides evidence-based therapeutic care. Clients are encouraged to provide accurate health history to ensure safe and effective treatment.
